REIKI TRAINING (LEVEL 1)

Would you like to learn about Reiki and how to use it to help yourself and others? In this 5 hour introductory level class, I will teach you how to open yourself up to universal life force energy, which comes from God. I will also give you a Reiki Level 1 attunement that will align you with this high vibrational energy.
During the attunement, your chakras and energetic field will be expanded so that Reiki energy can freely flow to you and through you. This attunement will also allow you to tap into a deeper level of spiritual awareness and higher consciousness. Reiki self healing will continue to occur after the attunement, which is an added benefit of taking this course.
There will be two guided meditations and a sound bath meditation during this class, providing you with an opportunity to explore and assess your own chakras and aura. You will be guided through the process of performing Reiki on yourself, so that you can address any areas of concern.
Once you have learned the process of performing Reiki on yourself, you will be given the opportunity to practice Reiki with a partner. Practicing Reiki on another person during this class will give you hands on experience that you can take home with you to use with your family, friends, pets, etc.
This class will be extremely beneficial in so many ways for everyone who participates. You will form a beautiful connection with your classmates and also deepen your relationship with God, your Spirit Guides and your Higher Self.
Opening up to Reiki energy can be a life changing and transformative experience. Everyone who completes this class will receive a Reiki Level One Certificate and will be eligible to take my Level 2 & Master Training which I will be offering in late Fall.
